- To make matters even worse, their helpline was absolutely hopeless.
We are very disappointed with Checkatrade and would strongly advise using their platform. There are much better alternatives out there. We feel sorry for having wasted our time on this ineffective service.

They Paid, But Never Saw the Project: Checkatrade Disaster.
My experience with Checkatrade became a total disaster. I hired a trader through their service to complete some essential home repairs. They looked legitimate at first, but it resulted in a horrendous ordeal.
Although I sent the full amount upfront, the work completely vanished into thin air. Getting a response became impossible. It's been weeks, and I'm still left with unfinished repairs.
Checkatrade has been unhelpful throughout this whole process. They offered no solutions. It feels like I've been taken advantage of.
- Stay far, far away from Checkatrade.
- Learn from my mistake.
